Our new Peru Swiss Water Decaf is as complex and delicious as any one of our exceptional Single Origins with notes of sweet sugar cane, smooth chocolate with bright apple and zesty citrus. We want you to drink the best all day in every cup and this is the bean for the most discerning of coffee drinkers (decaf or not!).

Grown in the San Ignacio, Cajamarca region in northern Peru by the Cooperativa Agraria Frontera San Ignacio. A cooperative dedicated to growing the highest quality crops and creating a culture of protection...protection of its environment, its wildlife and its people. Caring for the families and farmers who bring this extraordinary bean to market. 

The Swiss Water Process treats this bean with the care and time it deserves. Gently soaking the green beans in just water to dissolve and remove 99.99% of its caffeine, leaving all of the delicious characteristics of the coffee in tact.
